All current and past Smart Request orders will be available in ChartSwap Insights. Once you log in, you can view, track, and manage your requests directly within the platform, including previously submitted Smart Request orders that are still accessible.

Smart Request is evolving into ChartSwap Insights. Medical record retrieval is being brought into a single platform where you can request, track, analyze, and manage medical records in one place. You can continue requesting medical records with the same provider access and compliance standards you rely on today.
Once records are retrieved, they can be organized and analyzed with specialized AI, reducing manual review time and providing clear chronologies, summaries, and insights to improve decision-making.
Will medical record retrieval timelines change?
No. Medical record retrieval timelines remain consistent with current Smart Request expectations. Enabling analysis does not impact retrieval-only requests or provider turnaround times.
