TroubleshootingIf you need to return equipment due to replacement, termination, or if you have extra hardware that needs to be returned, please use one of the links below.
International Returns must contact us at easyassetreturns@datavant.com to setup shipping.
If you already have your equipment packed and just need a return label, please use this link. You will enter your information, and a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Then, simply drop off the equipment at any FedEx drop-off location.
If you need FedEx to pack your equipment for you, please use this link. You will enter your information, and a QR code will be emailed to you. Then, simply drop off the equipment at any FedEx drop-off location.
Attention: This option requires that the equipment is taken to a FedEx location (FedEx drop-off locations such as Staples and OfficeMax will NOT do pack and ship).
