Equipment Return
If you need to return equipment due to replacement, termination, or if you have extra hardware that needs to be returned, please use one of the links below.
International Returns must contact us at [email protected] to setup shipping.
If you already have your equipment packed and just need a return label, please use this link. You will enter your information, and a return shipping label will be emailed to you. Then, simply drop off the equipment at any FedEx drop-off location.
If you need FedEx to pack your equipment for you, please use this link. You will enter your information, and a QR code will be emailed to you. Then, simply drop off the equipment at any FedEx drop-off location.
Attention: This option requires that the equipment is taken to a FedEx location (FedEx drop-off locations such as Staples and OfficeMax will NOT do pack and ship).

TroubleShooting
These steps should be tried before reaching out.
Password issues
New Employee: Please reach out to your trainer or manager
Existing Employee: Your password did not change. Please continue to use your existing password.
No power
- Verify cord is all the way plugged into both device and outlet
- If laptop- check the power block to make sure it is secure there as well
- Verify outlet and power strip (if used) have power
No picture on monitor
- Verify you have power, and the monitor is turned on
- Check that you have 1 display cable coming from each monitor
- Make sure the cable on each monitor is fully pushed into port on monitor
- Check that you have 2 display cables connected to your desktop or docking station, one from each monitor
- Make sure the cable from each monitor is fully pushed in on back of desktop or your docking station
- Laptops only – make sure USB-c cable from docking station is connected to laptop
- If you see a box in the bottom right corner asking for the language. That is a monitor menu and you will select English using the buttons/or toggle switch on the monitor
