Introducing Ciox HealthSource

At AHIMA 2017, Ciox launched HealthSource, our next-generation, cloud-based information-sharing platform, that, combined with our service operations team, will revolutionize health data exchange. The release of information (ROI) capabilities built on HealthSource were designed from the ground-up to address four key elements of the release of information process: capture, process, distribution, and insights to enable informed decisions. The new platform’s streamlined interface is easy-to-use and new technologies such as OCR (optical character recognition), NLP (natural language processing), and machine learning promise to improve accuracy, reduce manual processes, and lessen turnaround time fulfilling medical record requests. Ciox clients can expect to hear more about HealthSource from their client executives in 2018.
